the developer needs a facility on the site for a period of time this can usually be for 1-3 years.

Land bank loans can be useful in the following situations:

  • Development Approval not in place
  • No pre-sales
  • Amalgamation with other sites
  • Not the right time for the type of project
  • Rezoning not currently in place
